Whether it’s a studio over an existing garage or a stand alone ADU in your backyard, I pride myself in efficient layouts & innovative solutions within small footprints. Nestling an ADU into the canopy of the trees, while at the same time blending into the fabric of the street, was the challenge accepted on this project high on the slopes of the West Hills. With careful consideration of space, privacy, views & materials this home feels like its been part of the neighborhood since the beginning.
