Columbia Riverside Home

What began as a request for a home that embodied universal design principles for a true forever home eventually morphed into a home designed for two generations to thrive. Two living suites bookend an expansive communal kitchen & family room. Situated between a busy roadway & the banks of the Columbia River, this home features radiant floor heating, 12” thick concrete walls & triple pane windows to mitigate the negative impacts of the surrounding environment.
